Scheme Overview
3.1 Palletizing host
The feeding system uses chain drive, with a material-pulling block installed on the chain. The material-pulling block support and other components are made of non-metallic materials to minimize impact and scratches on the pipes. An automatic pipe-turning device is also installed.
3.2Transfer Cart
The trolley is self-powered and features a flat and vertical roller mechanism.
3.3Transverse Roller Conveyor
The flat roller is powered by a worm gear reducer.
3.4Alignment Device
The alignment device pushes one end of the steel pipe to align it, making the steel pipe neat, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to lift and stack.
3.5Package Transfer and Storage Chain
It features a lifting mechanism and uses a 16A chain for better stress resistance and to prevent chain tipping.
