Manufacturing process of galvanized pipes
The advantages of GI pipes
In various construction and plumbing applications, there are two commonly used types of piping materials--Galvanized pipes and steel pipes. Their main difference between them is ingredients and protective coatings. Steel pipes are made from iron and carbon with high strength and durability. However, they are prone to corrosion and rusting when they are exposed to moisture and air. To deal with this issue, They’re been coated with a layer of zinc through a process called galvanization. This zinc layer acts like a shield, keeping moisture away and significantly boosting the pipe's resistance to rust and corrosion.
The working flow of the tube mill
The production process of the tube mill is highly-automatic and continuous. The core goal is to transform steel strip into a welded pipe which customers need through welding,forming, sizing, cutting.
