2. Is it possible to customize the equipment according to the demanding of the customer?

Yes. We are deeply aware that there are no two identical leaves in the world, so is equipment. Based on the data you provide, our professional engineer designs the most suitable plan for you which reduce your cost. From the size, wall thickness, the way of cutting to the automatic system can be customized.
3. Do you have any certificates?

We not only have domestic certificates but also CE certificates.
4. What is the payment method?

TT. 30% deposit, 70% before delivery.

Production will begin after receiving deposit, and delivery is expected to take 60 days to 90 days. We will take a video to report the progress during the process.
5. What does the after-service do you provide?

Including installation, debugging, staff training, technical guidance, spare parts supply and 1 year warranty.
6. When will the engineer arrive?

After you prepared the electricity, production material and water source, please contact us. We will dispatch three engineer to install and debug the machine and provide staff training. We will also apply visas for them, and they will usually arrive within 15 days.
7. How long will the installation and staff training?

About 30days.
8. Do you have reference project?

Yes. We have reference project in most countries. If we get the permission who has bought our equipment, we can tell you their contact and you can visit their factory. Also, we welcome to visit our company to see machines and pick you up from the nearby high-speed railway station or airport. Contact our team to get video of our machine.
9. What about spare parts?

We will prepare enough spare parts for you to use. But these are consumables and need to be replaced regularly.
