MIVI at Tube China 2026 | ERW Tube Mill Manufacturer

2026-09-21

Day 1 at Tube China 2026 – Meet MIVI at Booth W3B17-2

Today marks the first day of Tube China 2026 in Shanghai, and the MIVI team is excited to welcome tube and pipe manufacturers, engineers, purchasing teams, and industry partners to our booth.

From September 21–24, 2026, you can meet us at Booth W3B17-2 and talk directly with our team about tube mill production, new production line projects, existing machine upgrades, and tube mill spare parts and consumables.

For us, an exhibition is not simply a place to display products. It is a valuable opportunity to sit down with manufacturers and understand what is actually happening on their production lines.

What Tube Mill Problems Are You Facing?

Every factory has different production conditions.

Some manufacturers are planning to install a new ERW tube mill but are unsure which machine size is suitable for their main pipe range. Others already have a tube mill running but are dealing with unstable welding, excessive roller wear, low production speed, frequent downtime, or high scrap rates.

We also meet manufacturers who want to produce new square or rectangular tube sizes without replacing their entire production line.

These are exactly the conversations we hope to have during Tube China.

At our booth, visitors can discuss topics including:

  • ERW/HF welded tube mill production lines
  • Round, square and rectangular tube production
  • Direct forming square tube solutions
  • Tube mill rollers and customized roll tooling
  • Flying saw and cold saw systems
  • Uncoilers, accumulators and auxiliary equipment
  • Ferrite rods, impeders, PTFE tubes and induction coils
  • Saw blades, zinc spray components and other tube mill consumables
  • Existing tube mill upgrades and production troubleshooting

The Right Machine Is More Important Than the Biggest Machine

One topic we especially welcome customers to discuss is machine selection.

A larger pipe making machine is not automatically a better investment.

The correct solution depends on the pipe sizes you produce most often, wall thickness, material, required production speed, available factory space, future product plans, and investment budget.

If 80% of your production is concentrated within a smaller pipe range, selecting an oversized tube mill only to cover a few occasional large sizes may increase equipment cost, electricity consumption, tooling investment, and operating costs.

That is why we prefer to understand your actual production plan before recommending a machine.

Bring Your Pipe Specifications to Our Booth

If you are visiting Tube China 2026, you are welcome to bring your production requirements with you.

Tell us your:

Pipe diameter or SHS/RHS size
Wall thickness range
Steel material
Main production sizes
Required production speed
Current production problems

Our team can discuss your requirements face to face and help you evaluate a suitable tube mill configuration.

If you already operate a tube mill, you can also bring photos, drawings, roller specifications, or information about the problems you are experiencing. Sometimes the right solution is not replacing the whole machine. A change in tooling, welding setup, consumables, or individual equipment may be enough to improve production.
