Single Head Hydraulic Pipe Bending Machine
Product Description
Flexible Tube Bending Without Unnecessary Automation
MIVI single head hydraulic pipe bending machines are designed for manufacturers that need reliable bending of steel and metal tubes without the cost and complexity of a fully automatic CNC system.
Different machine sizes are available for different tube diameters and bending requirements. For the best machine selection, we recommend checking the tube size, wall thickness, material, bending radius and finished part drawing before quotation.

When Should You Choose a Single Head Hydraulic Pipe Bending Machine?
A single head hydraulic pipe bending machine is a practical choice when your products require simple to medium-complexity bends, but you do not need the higher automation of a multi-axis CNC bending machine.
It is commonly selected for general metal tube fabrication where flexibility, machine capacity and investment cost are more important than fully automatic feeding and rotation.
MIVI's catalog includes a range of single-head hydraulic bending machines from smaller models such as DW38NC to larger machines such as DW130NC and DW168NC, together with NCBL configurations for three-dimensional bending applications
Do You Really Need a CNC Pipe Bending Machine?
Choose a Single Head Hydraulic Pipe Bender When:
Your part has relatively simple bending geometry
Production volume is moderate
Manual loading or positioning is acceptable
You produce different tube products
You want to control machine investment
Full automatic feeding and rotation are not necessary
Consider a CNC Pipe Bending Machine When:
One tube requires several bends
Bends are made in different planes
Automatic feeding is important
Automatic tube rotation is required
Large batch repeat production is required
Operator intervention needs to be reduced
Why Does Pipe Bending Tooling Matter?
A hydraulic pipe bender is only one part of the bending process.
The tooling needs to match the tube and finished bend.
Depending on the application, the bending setup may include:
Bend die
Clamp die
Pressure die
Mandrel
Supporting tooling
The final tooling configuration should be selected according to the tube size, wall thickness, material and bend radius.
